Welcome back from summer & welcome to the Explorers team! I am looking forward to 7th grade social studies & can't wait for the year to start on Wednesday!
This year in social studies we focus on 20th century U.S. history. Our first unit will be a review from 6th grade which will focus on industrialization, immigration, & the progressive era. This unit will be rather short & then we will move onto America emerging as a world power & World War I. If time allows before the end of trimester 1, we will cover the Roaring Twenties.
Also, please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever have any questions. I'm looking forward to a great year in social studies!
Welcome to 7th grade science! Our units this year in order are Bio Flow, Growth & Development, Biological Changes Over Time with Human Impact aspects embedded into the units. We will learn through exploration, critical thinking, the Engineering Design Cycle, and Claim, Evidence, Reasoning (CER) statements. I'm looking forward to meeting all the students and families! Please always feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.

Welcome to the Explorers Team! Mrs. Keleher and I are excited to explore the wonderful world of math with you this year. Be prepared to be creative, share your ideas with your classmates, and make plenty of mistakes. We all do! We will use pencils, learn fun strategies, and improve our number sense through estimation. Reminder: You will need a hand-held scientific calculator (like a TI-30x). 7Accel
