8CC:  Great start to Topic 10: Similarity! In this topic, we'll learn how to dilate figures using scale factors, explore similar figures, and discover how similar triangles relate to the slope of a line. Please continue to work on Math IXL for at least 10-15 minutes a night. Keep those skills sharp! :) I have help sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday morning starting at 7:40 a.m. and by appointment. Keep up the great work!

Algebra: Super start to Chapter 8: Polynomials and Factoring! In Chapter 8, students will learn how to add, subtract, multiply and factor polynomials. We'll examine different strategies in order to simplify expressions, and we'll discover cool patterns when multiplying and factoring special cases. Please continue to work on Math IXL for at least 10-15 minutes a night.
